Having appeared in numerous music videos over the years, her most well-known role was that of Helena playing a dead, but slightly alive if not for a moment young woman in My Chemical Romance's hit video, "Helena". Other music video appearances include No Doubt's "Bathwater", The Offspring's "The Kids Aren't Alright", The Goo Goo Dolls' "Black Balloon", and as one of the dancers for Ricky Martin's "Livin' La Vida Loca".
Teaming up with other choreographers, she has produced dance numbers for some of the most popular music videos at the time. Her most recent work includes Evanescence's "Call Me When You're Sober", My Chemical Romance's "Helena", Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer," and Bob Dylan's "The Night We Called It a Day." When not working on music videos, she co-choreographs the Los Angeles based nightclub show, Harlow Gold.
She has worked in a handful of movies playing minor roles, either as a dancer or choreographer; some times both. Most notable credits include: ''Clerks II'', ''Jackass Number Two'', and ''Dreamgirls''. Most recently, however, she can be seen in the movies ''Dark Streets'', and ''Charlie Wilson's War,'' her biggest role to date, playing a belly dancer. Commercial appearances have been numerous and most notably for Pepsi and GAP. She appears alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt in a dance scene in ''500 Days of Summer''.
